For 2-rooms:
Executive Suite   from RM199.00 nett per night per unit
Family Suite        from RM252.00 nett per night per unit

For 3-rooms:
Premier Suite      from RM292.00 nett per night per unit
Luxury Suite       from RM332.00 nett per night per unit

MODIFICATION POLICY
You may modify your reservation (including changing check-in dates, unit types) at no cost provided that the modifications are made Three(3) days before check-in.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES 
No refund for cancellation and no-show.

Late Check-in: Please inform us should you wish to check-in after 10:00pm for alternative arrangement.

Notes:

1. The above Rate is inclusive of 6% Govt. Tax and 10% Service Charge. Note Rate is subjected to RM2.00 per unit per night Malacca Govt Heritage CHarge.

2. The above quoted price is per unit per night basis and for Accommodation only.

For FOOD: we are right next to the commercial hub of  Melaka, Taman Melaka Raya, where you can find myriad of food to your choice.

At night you can stroll to the nearby Newton Food Court to tantalize your taste buds with the local delicacies.

3. Extra bed will be charged at RM40.00 per set per night.

4. There shall be a RM100.00 per unit security deposit to be paid by the guest upon check-in, and refundable upon check-out.

5. Any missing/damaged items will be charged accordingly to guest.

6. Excessive guests per unit shall be charged RM60.00 per guest per night.

7. Mode of payment: CASH or CREDIT CARD.

8. Parking is complimentary.

9. Rates are subjected to changes without prior notice.
