Food in Melaka - Baba Nyonya Food

This is The Signature Dish of Melaka.

Baba Nyonya dishes are a fusion of the Malay and the Chinese cooking, which depends on the restaurant, the degree of Hot-ness is different with their individual specialties. But the combination is always most welcomed by many young and old.

1. Makko

Situated at Taman Melaka Raya.

There is more taste to the cooking. I personally like the Nenas Udang, Sambal Bendih, Fried chicken & etc.

This one is situated at Hereen Street at the Melaka Old Town. The setting itself is rustic and feeling of walking into history.

The taste is good, especially the asam fish and sambal timun & etc.The setting is more commercial.
